JD Rosman, President
JD Rosman is the President of Rosman Enterprises, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to amplifying the voices of farmers, ranchers, and rural Americans. With a mission to grow businesses through innovative, data-driven strategies, JD leads with a vision of breaking ceilings and pushing the creative envelope in agriculture marketing.
Born and raised on his family’s wheat and cattle farm in Washington, JD’s roots in agriculture run deep. That foundation drives his passion for authentic storytelling and measurable results—combining creativity with analytics to help rural brands thrive in today’s digital landscape.
Beyond his agency work, JD serves as the Vice President of Communications for both the Oklahoma Youth Expo, the world’s largest junior livestock show, and the Cattlemen’s Congress, the largest and most elite cattle show in the world. When he’s not leading marketing initiatives, JD and his wife, Bree, enjoy traveling and exploring new places together.
Caroline Arendt, Digital Marketing Manager
Storytelling is Caroline’s strength. She is passionate about helping equine and western brands tell their stories through authentic, engaging content that connects with the right audience.
With over six years of professional experience in digital marketing and social media management, Caroline has worked with clients ranging from startups to nationally recognized brands with hundreds of thousands of followers. Her expertise lies in understanding audience analytics, staying ahead of trends, and capturing high-stakes events to create immersive online experiences.
Deeply rooted in the performance horse industry, Caroline actively shows and competes in cutting, raises young prospects, and serves on local and state committees dedicated to growing the sport in Arizona. Her firsthand experience in the show pen gives her marketing a genuine, insider perspective — because she doesn’t just market the lifestyle, she lives it.
Taylor Hoelscher, Graphic Designer
Taylor Hoelscher may not have grown up in agriculture, but the industry quickly became her passion. While in college, she found her place in the livestock world and has never looked back. Today, she brings more than 13 years of professional design experience to agricultural brands and businesses nationwide.
Taylor has a talent for creating relatable, authentic, and sometimes humorous content inspired by her everyday life raising and showing cattle. She understands what resonates with rural audiences because she lives it alongside them.
At home, Taylor and her husband Andrew raise Simmental cattle with their children, Sadie and Sutton. From the pasture to the design studio, she is committed to helping the western and agricultural community tell its story in a way that feels both genuine and impactful.
Kelsey Vejraska, Multimedia Specialist
An eastern Washington native, Kelsey joined the team, grabbed a camera and hasn’t looked back since. She’s the go to when you need the perfect caption, for the perfect photo and she loves telling stories.
Growing up on her family’s farm and seedstock Angus operation in Washington taught Kelsey the importance of hard work and ingrained a love and passion for agriculture within her.
Today, Kelsey not only works with our team at Rosman Enterprises, but also works with the American Hereford Association on their communications team, telling the Bald Faced Truth!
Emile Mittelstaedt, Multimedia Specialist
Emile is a native of Oklahoma has a passion for telling compelling stories across various forms of media. She grew up on her families swine operation and competitively showed swine across the U.S.
She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and today also serves as the Director of Communications at the Oklahoma Youth Expo. Emile’s drive and determination are second to none and combined with her skill and wit in storytelling she’s exactly who you want working for you to help tell your story.
Kirby Palmer, Administrative Manager
Kirby Palmer is a natural storyteller in the arena. A New York native raised in the livestock industry, Kirby has spent her life around the people, places, and animals that shape the western way of life. Her passion for agriculture and youth programs fuels everything she does.
A highly respected voice behind the mic, Kirby announces major livestock and equine events across the country, bringing energy, professionalism, and a deep understanding of the industry to every show. Her announcing style reflects not only her talent, but her genuine admiration for the exhibitors and families driving the industry forward.
Alongside her husband Garrett and their two boys, Griffin and Graham, Kirby helps run Bippert’s Farm Market, where agriculture meets community, family values, and a shared love of homegrown food. She doesn’t just promote western and rural culture — she lives it daily.
