JD Rosman, President
JD Rosman is the President of Rosman Enterprises, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to the agriculture industry and rural America. The agency's mission is to amplify the voices of farmers, ranchers, and rural Americans, growing their businesses through innovative marketing strategies.
Born in Washington, JD grew up on his family's wheat and cattle farm, where he developed a deep appreciation for agriculture. This background fuels his passion for connecting with clients and sharing their unique stories.
JD also serves as the Vice President of Communications at the Oklahoma Youth Expo, the world's largest junior livestock show, and the Cattlemen's Congress, the world's largest and most elite cattle show. He is married to his wife Bree, and together they love traveling.
Caroline Arendt, Digital Marketing Manager
Caroline specializes in 140 characters — and longer. Her and her husband Matt, her Appaloosa gelding, Jack and Corgi, Pokey reside in Arizona and she loves telling agricultural and small business stories using social media, photography and writing.
Growing up in the horse world has given her an appreciation and humility only getting bucked off — then right back on — can give you. Thanks to horses, she has always been an advocate for the western lifestyle, but found her love with telling agriculture’s story while obtaining her degree in Agricultural Communications at Oklahoma State University.
When not working/blogging/connecting, you can find her hanging with friends and family, at the barn, traveling and wining and dining her way through Colorado.
Kelsey Vejraska, Multimedia Specialist
An eastern Washington native, Kelsey joined the team, grabbed a camera and hasn’t looked back since. She’s the go to when you need the perfect caption, for the perfect photo and she loves telling stories.
Growing up on her family’s farm and seedstock Angus operation in Washington taught Kelsey the importance of hard work and ingrained a love and passion for agriculture within her.
Today, Kelsey not only works with our team at Rosman Enterprises, but also works with the American Hereford Association on their communications team, telling the Bald Faced Truth!
Emile Mittelstaedt, Multimedia Specialist
Emile is a native of Oklahoma has a passion for telling compelling stories across various forms of media. She grew up on her families swine operation and competitively showed swine across the U.S.
She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and today also serves as the Director of Communications at the Oklahoma Youth Expo. Emile’s drive and determination are second to none and combined with her skill and wit in storytelling she’s exactly who you want working for you to help tell your story.
Kirby Palmer, Administrative Manager
Grace Bryson, Marketing Intern
Grace Bryson is a senior at Oklahoma State University majoring in Agricultural Communications. She is an active member of the Oklahoma Agriculture Leadership Encounter, where she has honed her leadership skills and gained insights into the agricultural industry. As an intern at the Oklahoma Youth Expo, Grace contributes to the world's largest junior livestock show. Her campus involvement extends to numerous student organizations, showcasing her dedication and enthusiasm. Grace's commitment to agricultural communications and leadership marks her as a promising future leader in the field.
